Robotic arms moving at production speed turn standard rolling-shutter cameras into a problem — every banking gripper, every fast cycle smears the frame and breaks the vision loop. The AE-CCM-GS-MIRA050-M-80 captures the entire frame at one instant with a true global shutter, runs 120 fps under NIR illumination, and fits inside a 5×5 mm footprint at the end-effector itself.
Built around the AMS-OSRAM MIRA050 sensor, delivering 0.5 MP at 120 fps through a true global shutter and an 80° wide-angle fixed-focus lens — engineered for closed-loop machine vision on moving robotic systems. NIR-enhanced BSI pixels stay sensitive under 850 nm and 940 nm illumination, and the 5×5 mm form factor fits inside grippers, fingertip sensors, and tight end-effector cavities.
